Return Policy


Tracer is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 15 days of your delivery date. However, 4% of the invoice amount will be deducted from the total amount paid. This refund amount shall be credited into your (My Account) account as wallet money.


Be careful about packing the items safely and securely to prevent any damage or loss during transit. For all the self-shipped product returns, we would recommend you to use a courier service that is reliable.

If you want to initiate your return, then follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "My Account" icon at the Top menu.
  2. Go to My Orders under User Navigation
  3. Select the order  for which you want to make the  return for
  4. Select an appropriate reason for returning the product
  5. The amount will be refunded to your Wallet money once the return is approved  


Please Note: 

- Any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

- Products can only be returned if they are in an unused condition

- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.


Exchanging products is not possible. Please enter a new order in the Tracer Online Shop. 

Cancellation by Hike Shoe Pvt. Ltd.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Hike Shoe Pvt. Ltd. and accepts Hike Shoe Pvt. Ltd.’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellations by the customer

In case of requests for order cancellations, Hike Shoe Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been invoiced, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.

Cancelled Orders

If your payment method is online

  • Prepaid- Refund will reflect in 5-15 working days depending upon your bank.
  • Wallet money refund will reflect in your registered account within 48 working hours.

Returned Orders

Once the product(s) reaches back to our warehouse and completes the quality check, refund(s) shall be initiated as per the below,

If your payment method is

  • Prepaid or COD orders- Refunds will be initiated in 48 hours and the amount may take up to 5-15 working days depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.
  • Wallet money Refunds will be initiated in 24 hours,Amount shall reflect in your registered account within 2 working days after we receive the product.


  1. Can I return products that I’m not completely satisfied with?


To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience with Tracer, we have provided you with the option of returning products as conveniently as possible. Your return is eligible only if it’s in a re-saleable and an unused condition. A return request can be placed either through My Account or customer care, within 15 days of delivery date.
